  • 1. How do I set up an account with Mel V Inc.?
    You will need to fill out the customer application and the charge card authorization forms located on the website (Click on the Customer Service link), or call 519.880.8950 and we will fax you copies of the forms.
  • 2. What credit cards do you accept?
    Visa and MasterCard
  • 3. How long will it take before I receive my order?
    Shipping time is typically 2-4 weeks
  • 4. How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs will be determined based on weight, location, and order size. To be determined at the time of shipment
  • 5. Do you accept returns?
    Returns are only accepted once a return authorization (RA) number has been issued by Melv; a call tag for the item will be issued by email or fax. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all shipping charges incurred. Any return shipped and received back to Melv broken because of inadequate packing material will not be credited. Any credit will be kept as a company credit and applied to your next purchase.
  • 6. Is there an extra shipping charge for my backordered piece?
    There are no extra shipping charges for backordered pieces. Each piece is shipped at the flat shipping rate and is only charged once for shipping.
